Matt Weaver, originally born in Pennsylvania, has been a Boca Raton resident for over 24 years. Matt has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years and prides himself in his experience and expertise. Matt started his career with Direct Mortgage and consistently was the top producer for 8 years in a row closing and funding over $400MM in loan originations.

Matt specializes in the purchase market and understands how to keep all the components in line in order to successfully close. Matt is recognized and referred by many top producing realtors, financial advisors, city organizations and other trusted advisors. Matt’s core focus is servicing his clients and referral partners and placing a no limit value to these relationships.
